General provisions


The exclusive right to run the Online Store under the address:, is vested in its sole administrator and owner: ART-LOVE.PL Renata Kamińska, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) with a Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5251127290, National Business Registry (REGON) Number: 012140944, address: Dzielna 12/30 Warszawa 00-162, e-mail:, bank account no.: 93102010130000060200538512 and mobile telephone number: +48 533520890, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.


All products are brand new without any physical or legal defects and they have been marketed legally in Poland.


Access to the Store and e-mail contact is possible online 24/7, and telephone contact between 9.00 a.m. and 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday, where the cost of the call is consistent with the tariff of the Customer's operator.


The Seller is not liable for any disruptions in the functioning of the store due to technical reasons, force majeure, or an operational break after the completion of all orders placed before its occurrence.

Terms and conditions of using the store’s services


The purchase can be made without registration by providing the necessary personal and address data enabling the execution of the order. Creating an account allows you to purchase products from a sales offer for regular customers. Removal of the account takes place at the Customer's request. Registration requires providing an e-mail address and password, and then completing and sending the form. Providing information about sex and date of birth is voluntary. When registering or making purchases without registration, the Customer is each time obliged to read and accept the content of the Store Regulations and consent to the processing of their personal data.


The product prices include VAT. In the Polish language version, they are given in Polish zlotys, while on the English website it is possible to select the currency: USD, EURO, GBP, or CHF.


You can make payment online through CITI GLOBAL TRANSFER (no transfer fee for Citibank accounts) or use your credit/debit card or Google Pay through a safe payment service: P24 (Przelewy24).

If the payment is not made within 3 business days from the date of concluding the Contract of Sale, the order will be canceled.


Each completed order is accompanied by a purchase document in the form of a receipt, or a VAT invoice at the request of the Customer who hereby agrees to making out invoices electronically.


The Seller reserves the right to change the product prices, enter a new offer to the Store, carry out and cancel sales campaigns, or make changes to them. The above does not affect orders placed before the effective date of the change.

Order placement


The Customer places the order by adding the product/products to the cart, indicating the method of payment and delivery and entering any comments to the order placed or delivery address provided. Then the Customer performs a login, registration, or provides personal and address data. A summary is displayed on the screen and an option: I confirm the order, the clicking on which means an order has been placed, and then messages about the course of the transaction are sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. Confirmation of placing the order means the conclusion of a Contract of Sale.


The Customer is responsible for paying any potential customs and tax fees although the sale is usually duty-free regarding the product’s value.

The Seller is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.


The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfilment in the event of providing incorrect or incomplete data after an initial attempt to contact the Customer, or in the event of unlawful use of the Store by the Customer.

Shipment and delivery


Shipment is made by an air-mail priority registered letter of the Polish Post or by DHL within 2 days after payment is booked on the Seller’s bank account.

It usually takes up to 2 weeks to make delivery by Polish Post and 2 days by DHL.

Guarantee and complaints


All products offered in the store are brand new, free from any physical and legal defects, however, the time for warranty claims is 2 years. Entrepreneurs are not entitled to the warranty.


When lodging a complaint regarding non-compliance of the product with the Contract, the advertised product should be delivered to the Seller along with proof of purchase and a description of non-compliance with the Contract. Within 14 days, the Seller will respond to the complaint and inform the Customer about how to proceed further.


The time for sending a statement of withdrawal from the Contract concluded at a distance is 14 days, and the return should be sent to the following address: ART-LOVE.PL Renata Kamińska, ul. Dzielna 12/30 Warszawa 00-162, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the above statement by the Seller. The condition of return is the lack of any traces of use, including scuffing, scratches, dents, or other damage, which is determined by an expert. The returned product must be brand new. The Customer covers the cost of return shipment. The Seller reimburses the payment for the product to the Customer within 14 days of receiving the Statement of withdrawal from the Contract, but not earlier than after receiving the returned product.

The returned product must be brand new. It must not be used or worn - without any damages or scratches that can be predicated by an expert.

The Seller will reimburse the Customer after the product is physically returned to the Seller.

Personal data


The Seller is the controller of the personal and address data collected by the Online Store and makesit available to the entity handling electronic payments, as well as to the carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment contracted in order to perform the order. The personal data of the Customers are processed and protected in accordance with the privacy policy. The Customer is entitled to have their data rectified and supplemented and to object to their processing for marketing purposes.

Final provisions


The Seller will inform the Customer about a change made to the Regulations in connection with changes in the law, methods of payment and delivery or the introduction of new solutions.


The provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act on Electronic Services, the Act on Consumer Rights, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data shall apply to any matters not covered by these Regulations. The competent court for resolving disputes is the District Court in Warsaw, Poland.
